Job Summary

This specialist role is pivotal in maintaining and advancing the company’s HR system landscape, focusing heavily on platforms such as SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring stable system operation, managing interfaces, providing 2nd-level technical support, and coordinating external service providers for updates and maintenance. The position requires a proactive approach to digitalization, involving the optimization of workflows, reports, and fields, and leading HR-IT projects from initial requirements analysis through to successful system rollout. The ideal candidate possesses a background in Informatics or HR-IT, strong technical understanding of data flows, and proven experience with SuccessFactors. This role serves as a critical technical liaison between HR departments, IT, and external partners, driving the strategic development and modernization of the HR-IT infrastructure.
