Job Summary

This leadership role involves the technical and disciplinary management of the SAP Center of Excellence, currently overseeing approximately 40 employees and external service providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and strategic development of the SAP S/4HANA landscape, ensuring smooth functionality, continuous improvement, and alignment with future market requirements. Day-to-day tasks include leading the team, developing the departmental structure, building necessary expertise, and acting as the primary contact for all SAP matters. The role requires continuous engagement with SAP portfolio innovations to strategically enhance efficiency and competitiveness. Furthermore, the Head will manage budget/investment planning, project goals, and contribute significantly to the cross-functional DOCK program based on S/4HANA merchandise management, reporting directly to the IT Division Management.
