Job Summary
Join a collaborative team dedicated to enhancing Germany's digital public services by developing modern, user-friendly interfaces. This role involves crafting engaging user experiences for specialized applications, working closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and various departments. You'll be responsible for implementing frontend components using React and CSS, ensuring accessibility, optimal performance, and responsive design. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the digitalization of Germany's financial administration, making tax declarations and digital interactions with tax offices simpler for citizens. The ideal candidate will possess strong web development skills, particularly with React and related technologies, and a commitment to quality and team collaboration.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university of applied sciences, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Information Technology or an IT-related field. Equivalent skills and relevant professional experience may be considered.
Experience
- Experience in web development with React and Material UI
- Professional experience with modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS)
- Knowledge in developing accessible web applications (WCAG)
