Job Summary

This role is for an IT Specialist focused on System Integration, primarily handling the procurement, testing, and management of IT hardware and consumables for the digital tax authority in Germany. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting market research and economic analyses, planning and executing procurement processes (including tenders), ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements, and managing the technical documentation and system settings of hardware. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, strong IT hardware knowledge, and a commitment to continuous technical and legal training. Required Skills

Education

University of Applied Sciences, Bachelor's, or Diploma degree in Information Technology or a related field. Equivalent qualifications such as an apprenticeship as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or IT Merchant are also considered.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT
  • Experience with IT hardware and accessories handling (lifting, unpacking, setup)
  • Professional experience equivalent to a degree or IT specialist qualification (System Integration)
