This role involves conducting critical measurements, sampling, and investigations during environmental incidents, fires, damage cases, and complaints across North Rhine-Westphalia. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing and developing measurement technology and analytical procedures, as well as maintaining and calibrating existing measurement equipment in the laboratory truck and mobile devices. A key aspect of the position is organizing on-call services and shifts for the emergency control center, requiring close cooperation with fire departments, municipalities, and district governments for alarm planning.
