Job Summary
The Universitätsmedizin Rostock is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join their Dean's Office, focusing on the Rostock Academy of Science (RAS) and its 'Career Pathways Mentoring' (KWM) project. This full-time, permanent role involves coordinating and expanding various funding programs aimed at fostering scientific talent, including the Clinician Scientist Program and the Medical Scientist Program. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for developing new programs, securing external funding, and building strong regional and national networks. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of early-career scientists, particularly women, within a dynamic university hospital environment, requiring strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Master's/Diploma or comparable). A doctorate is desirable.
Experience
- Relevant professional experience in project coordination, ideally within a scientific environment
- Desirable project-relevant expertise or professional experience in mentoring
