This role seeks a dedicated Team Lead for Clinical SAP Development within the IT Division of Rostock University Medicine, a major regional healthcare provider driving digital transformation. The successful candidate will assume technical leadership of the Clinical SAP Development team, playing a pivotal role in the digitalization of clinical processes and applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include the conception, planning, and implementation of SAP developments and enhancements across clinical modules, such as IS-H and i.s.h.med. You will ensure the stable operation, maintenance, and further development of these critical applications, coordinating external service providers and aligning efforts with specialist departments and project stakeholders. Key qualifications include a university degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, coupled with profound knowledge in SAP development (ABAP/4, ABAP-OO) and clinical module customizing. Experience in IT project management and team leadership is essential to succeed in this challenging and rewarding permanent position, contributing to one of the most complex IT infrastructures in the region.
