Job Summary

As an Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and enhancing content for SOAR platforms like XSOAR, including playbooks, automations, dashboards, and integrations. Your core mission will be to optimize Security Operations Center (SOC) workflows through automation, ensuring rapid incident response and increased efficiency. This role involves continuous improvement of incident response processes, troubleshooting XSOAR-related issues, and collaborating closely with SOC teams to identify new automation opportunities. You will also be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with external security tools and meticulously documenting all workflows and technical implementations. The ideal candidate brings experience with SOAR platforms, a strong understanding of security processes, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts.
