Job Summary

This role is for an Automation Engineer focused on enhancing security operations within a dynamic IT environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and optimizing content for SOAR platforms like XSOAR, including playbooks, automations, dashboards, and integrations. A key part of the role involves streamlining Security Operations Center (SOC) processes to improve incident response times and overall efficiency through automation. The position requires close collaboration with SOC teams to identify new automation opportunities and continuously refine incident response workflows. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of security processes, incident response, and common security tools, along with excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
