Job Summary

This role involves working as a Policy Advisor within the public administration, focusing on EU affairs and pension insurance. Day-to-day tasks include representing the ministry in EU working groups, analyzing European employment and social policy proposals, and preparing legal and political assessments for legislative acts. The advisor will also be responsible for the early warning system for subsidiarity control and informing the state parliament on EU policy. Additionally, the role covers fundamental questions of the old-age security system, including legal developments in pension insurance and corporate/private old-age provision. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in law, administration, or political science, coupled with professional experience in public administration, ideally within EU institutions. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and cooperation skills are essential, along with a positive attitude towards the European idea and advanced English proficiency.

University degree (State Examination, University Diploma, Master, Magister) preferably in Law, alternatively in Administrative or Political Sciences
