Job Summary
This role involves specialized administrative work focusing on both digital governance and facility management within a public service context. Key responsibilities include the technical administration, implementation, and development of digital administrative services according to the Online Access Act (OZG), including coordination with internal and external stakeholders, economic evaluations, and project documentation. Additionally, the officer will ensure sustainable and economical property management, covering tasks such as negotiating construction needs, handling organizational and budgetary aspects of building measures, coordinating space planning, managing external services (caretakers, security), and dealing with tenancy and land registry matters. The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in relevant legal areas (contract, procurement, budget law), and the ability to manage conflicts and negotiate effectively, offering a secure public sector role with flexible work options.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Public Administration (Diploma/Bachelor FH) or equivalent Bachelor's/Diploma degree (FH/University) in general/public administration, OR a different university degree (Bachelor FH/University, Diploma FH) that qualifies for the activities according to TV-L.
Experience
- Professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of activity (required if holding a non-public administration degree)
- Experience in project management
