Job Summary

This role involves leading strategic initiatives in health promotion and prevention within the Thuringian Ministry for Social Affairs, Health, Labor, and Family. The successful candidate will be responsible for the conceptualization, planning, coordination, and moderation of key events related to the State Health Conference, including stakeholder meetings and expert forums. Daily tasks include managing budgets for health promotion activities, supporting funding and procurement processes, and handling public relations. A significant part of the role involves developing and coordinating strategies for violence prevention and child protection, representing the Ministry externally, and implementing state health policy priorities. Required Skills

Education

Scientific university degree (Master's or Diploma from University/FH) in Administrative Sciences or Health Sciences, or a scientific university degree (Master's or Diploma from University/FH/State Examination) that qualifies for the activities according to TV-L.
