Job Summary

As an IT Customer Support Specialist in Field Service at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE), you will be instrumental in maintaining one of Europe's most advanced clinical IT environments. Your daily responsibilities will involve providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support, both remotely and on-site, for workplace IT equipment. You'll manage IT-related moves and rollouts, coordinate with external service providers, and meticulously document disturbances in system and knowledge databases. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to advise users on hardware and software issues. Ideal candidates will have a relevant IT vocational qualification, solid knowledge of client systems, Windows OS, and Office applications, and excellent German language skills. Required Skills

Education
