As an Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in enhancing the Security Operations Center (SOC) by developing, maintaining, and optimizing content for SOAR platforms like XSOAR. Your daily tasks will involve creating and refining playbooks, automations, dashboards, and reports, as well as integrating various security systems. You will play a crucial role in improving incident response times and overall operational efficiency through automation, ensuring seamless connectivity with external security tools such as SIEM, EDR, and Threat-Intelligence platforms. This position requires close collaboration with SOC teams to identify new automation opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and meticulously document all workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and long-term usability within the team.
