Job Summary
This role involves contributing to cutting-edge interdisciplinary research within the TRR 417 research consortium, focusing on cellular communication in colorectal carcinoma. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing research data according to FAIR principles, performing bioinformatic analysis and integration of various omics datasets (Single-Cell, Bulk-RNA-seq, Metabolomics), and developing statistical methods for large-scale biological data. A key aspect of the role is the visualization and interpretation of complex molecular biological results in close collaboration with experimental partners, culminating in scientific publications and presentations. This position offers an opportunity to shape the future of medicine within a secure, public service environment at a leading university hospital.
Required Skills
Education
Master's or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, or a related field
Experience
