This role is for an IT Service Technician focused on providing essential 1st Level Support. You will be the first point of contact for users, handling inquiries via phone, email, and a ticketing system. Key responsibilities include managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, administrating Windows 10 environments, and performing Active Directory and printer management. A crucial part of the role involves meticulous documentation within the ticket tool. The ideal candidate will have initial professional experience in IT service, strong knowledge of client hardware, and proficiency in Windows 10 and Active Directory user management.
