Job Summary

This role is for an IT Systems Technician specializing in 2nd Level Support, working with a successful IT service provider established in 1995, focusing on managed services. The position involves acting as the primary contact for operational 2nd-level support, managing and maintaining client and server systems, and applications both on-site and in data centers. Key responsibilities also include planning and executing new installations and meticulously documenting all completed tasks. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or similar, with several years of experience in user support or 2nd-level IT projects. Strong knowledge of client networks, Microsoft Server, WLAN, Office 365, and Windows 10 is essential.
