Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Service Technician providing crucial on-site support for a leading technology service provider in Berlin, specializing in complete IT product lifecycle services, particularly 'Device as a Service'. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the operational readiness of client systems and applications directly at the customer's location. You will handle 2nd Level Support, assist users with iOS devices, networking environments, and telecommunications components, meticulously documenting all activities and processing incoming customer inquiries within the system. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational qualification in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent practical experience), initial experience in user support, and strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365. This position offers challenging projects, flexible working hours, flat hierarchies, and the option for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Advisor, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Salesperson, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician, Industrial System Technician, IT Management Assistant, PC and Network Specialist, or comparable qualification.
