Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT Systems Technician to join an IT service provider supporting industrial clients across Germany, based in Munich. The position involves providing crucial on-site support, acting as the first point of contact for client environments. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving software and hardware faults, installing and configuring client workstations, managing service calls, and performing hardware repairs and relocations (including cabling of desktops, notebooks, and printers). Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with initial professional experience in the Microsoft ecosystem. Strong practical knowledge of common operating systems, especially Windows 10, and proficiency with LAN/WLAN and general hardware maintenance are essential. This role offers a long-term career perspective and a fast track into the professional IT sector, initially through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover.
