Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician in Ingolstadt, Germany, focusing on providing on-site support for client workstations at an automotive manufacturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Windows clients, including workstations and laptops, handling B/F, IMAC, and H+E tickets, and managing individual project orders. They will also ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and provide remote support to other customer locations. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Initial professional experience in supporting Windows workstations, laptops, and mobile devices, including MS Office software.
- Experience with current client hardware such as notebooks, workstations, and PCs, and common Windows operating systems.
