Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in network infrastructure for an industrial company in Neckarsulm, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site services, monitoring ticket queues, performing break-fix activities, and preparing, installing, and removing network components. Key responsibilities also include network cabling, managing inventory, and documenting work in customer tools. This position requires a structured approach to work, good knowledge of network environments, and the ability to work in a 3-shift system. The ideal candidate will have an IT-related education or equivalent qualifications and possess a Class B/BE driver's license, along with a willingness to participate in on-call duties. This is a full-time, permanent position with an option for direct employment after an initial temporary contract.
