This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in onsite support, based in Hamburg. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure for a market-leading IT solutions and service management company. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling support tasks for Windows clients, Android devices, and network/telecommunication issues directly at customer locations. You will independently resolve IT support tickets, manage incidents within the client's management system, and provide 2nd level support in a production-oriented environment.
