Job Summary

As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be a key player in supporting a well-established IT system house, a trusted partner to the industry across Germany. Your daily responsibilities will involve active participation in rollout and migration projects, providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support directly on-site, and guiding end-users through new systems. You'll perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, set up and dismantle video conferencing systems, and provide user training. This role also includes executing IT services for various hardware products like servers, storage, PCs, notebooks, and printers.
