Job Summary

As a Senior Health Economist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of health insurance by managing projects related to expenditure, health, and innovation within the sector. Your daily tasks will involve developing complex solutions for performance and care management, conducting data and cost-effectiveness analyses of medical services and technologies, and deriving actionable recommendations from performance controlling. You will also be responsible for researching and evaluating scientific literature and medical data to develop assessment methods for the medical benefits and costs of care measures. Furthermore, you will identify and evaluate innovation potentials in the healthcare context, generate predictive approaches for early identification of future care problems, and advise teams on health economic issues. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Health Economics, Health Sciences, Medicine with an economic additional qualification, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Foundational understanding of medical contexts and knowledge in conducting cost-effectiveness analyses
  • Experience in handling scientific studies and medical databases
