Job Summary

This role offers an ambitious Working Student the opportunity to actively shape the digital future of a major insurance and financial services provider from within the Chief Information Officer's (CIO) Office. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting IT leadership by preparing critical presentations, reports, and data-driven analyses essential for strategic decision-making. Day-to-day activities involve contributing to major IT digitization and transformation projects, assisting in the formulation of the overall IT strategy, and researching current technology trends. You will also support the development of control instruments and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while collaborating closely with various IT teams and business departments. This position is attractive due to its high-level exposure to IT management and strategy, offering flexible working hours and the chance to take on immediate responsibility. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, possess strong IT affinity, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, coupled with fluent German and good English proficiency.
