Job Summary
As a Business Analyst / Process Manager (Requirements Engineer) at SIGNAL IDUNA, you will be instrumental in driving the digital agenda forward within cross-functional teams. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing, modeling, documenting, and optimizing existing processes and systems, particularly within the composite insurance sector. You'll be responsible for defining process and system requirements for core and advisory systems, from ideation and conception to implementation and ongoing operation. This role requires close collaboration with IT, stakeholder consultation for technical implementation, and ensuring the quality assurance and testing of solutions. You will also contribute to the team's development in agile methodologies, making this an attractive opportunity for those passionate about digitalization and agile ways of working within a dynamic insurance environment.
Required Skills
Education
University degree with an analytical focus or comparable qualification/professional experience; IREB/CPRE certification is a plus
Experience
- Professional experience in IT requirements management, requirements engineering, process management, and/or project management
- Initial experience with agile methods and common tools like Jira and Confluence
