Job Summary
This PhD position focuses on pioneering multidimensional omics data analysis within microbiome research, specifically at the Leibniz-Institut für Analytische Wissenschaften - ISAS - e. V. in Dortmund. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up a knowledge graph in Neo4j for microbiome data, integrating project data with literature, re-analyzing published data, and identifying microbial effectors.
