Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive support and development of Business Intelligence (BI) systems, acting as a crucial link between users and external service providers. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 2nd level application support, consulting with clients, and actively participating in the design, implementation, testing, and documentation of BI applications. A key part of the role is also developing BI interfaces and conducting user training and workshops. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in IT, practical experience with BI or Data Warehouse (DWH) solutions, and a solid understanding of databases, SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
