Job Summary
As a Service Desk Agent based in Wolfsburg, you will be the primary point of contact for incidents and service requests for a prominent automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturer. Your daily tasks will involve qualifying and documenting incidents, routing them to the appropriate departments, and providing initial solutions using knowledge bases. You will also support on-site technical service colleagues when suitable. This role requires a methodical approach to problem-solving, good communication skills, and the ability to work in shifts.
