Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Microsoft System Engineer to support small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients both remotely and on-site in Munich and Upper Bavaria. The core responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd level support, analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues, and administering critical IT infrastructure components. You will manage Windows, Citrix, and Terminal Servers, administer MS Exchange, and handle user account management and permissions within systems like Active Directory, Citrix Terminalserver, XenApp, and vSphere. Furthermore, the role involves implementing new IT software, installing client PCs, printers, and setting up remote and home office components, ensuring continuous development of the client's system and network landscapes. The ideal candidate possesses a degree or comparable technical qualification and strong practical knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Apple server systems, along with experience in cloud solutions, backup, and security.
