Job Summary

Join a leading company in Wolfsburg as a Mobile Device Services Technician, providing on-site support for mobile devices at a renowned German vehicle manufacturer. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of mobile devices, including delivery, initial setup, and user support for iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. Key responsibilities also include SIM card management, asset management, tracking order statuses, and delivering 2nd level support for software and operating system installations, as well as troubleshooting.
