Job Summary
This role involves proactive monitoring and operational support for IT applications in a production environment, operating in a 24x7 mode. The IT Service Technician will be the central point of contact for all incoming communications, including calls, emails, and faxes, and will be responsible for documenting operational processes. Key responsibilities include promptly responding to security incidents, triaging incoming tickets by qualifying, classifying, categorizing, prioritizing, and documenting them, and continuously monitoring selected systems to identify warnings and disturbances. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, experience in implementing service concepts, and proven ability in second-level support for hardware and software issues. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or IT System Salesperson)
