Job Summary

As an Engineer for Compressor Stations, you will lead a three-person team to ensure the technical safety and availability of the compressor station in Hünxe. Your role involves strategic planning, calculation, organization, and coordination of maintenance and repair measures, as well as overseeing new construction projects from planning to commissioning. You will be responsible for defining requirements, coordinating, monitoring, and quality assurance for external service providers. The position requires a strong focus on various engineering disciplines, including electrical, process, and gas technology, and includes becoming a certified electrical specialist. You will also support your team in achieving their goals, fostering their development, and actively managing change processes, all while participating in on-call duty. This role is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about contributing to the energy transition.
