Job Summary

This role involves developing and delivering comprehensive training programs in Information Technology for a federal intelligence agency located south of Munich. The instructor will be responsible for the didactic and technical preparation of courses, conducting sessions, assessing performance through various methods, and post-training follow-up. A key part of the job is also managing and maintaining training systems, including development, installation, adaptation, and access control. The position requires proactive engagement in IT projects to identify training needs and a strong ability to quickly grasp new technical areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional with a passion for teaching and a desire to contribute to national security.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Dipl. FH) in Computer Science, Electrical and Information Technology, Industrial Engineering (with an engineering focus), Mathematics, or Physics. Or expected to complete within the next 12 months.

Experience

  • Experience in adult education (desirable)
  • Professional experience with information and communication technology, especially network technology, IT security, AI, data science, modern programming languages, telecommunications engineering, and signals intelligence (desirable)

Additional

  • German citizenship required. Willingness to undergo an extended security clearance (Ü3) based on the Security Clearance Act (SÜG). Willingness to quickly and independently familiarize oneself with new technical areas and tasks. Potential for deployment at any location within Germany as part of personnel development.
