Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist focusing on client and server systems, offering a chance to join a nationwide IT services company with a team of around 200 experts. The successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd level support, ensuring network functionality, analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues on Windows systems, and assisting with backup and recovery processes. Key responsibilities also include end-customer support and contributing to the administration and configuration of Office365/Microsoft365.
