Metrology Technician | Messtechniker / Metrology (m/w/d)

Job Summary

As a Metrology Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring system performance and optimizing it, using 3D coordinate measuring systems (optical/tactile) to capture and evaluate data. Your daily tasks will involve measuring freeform surfaces and standard geometries on prototypes, first samples, and series components, performing both single and series measurements, and conducting production-accompanying measurements. A key part of the role includes programming and evaluating measurement procedures using CAD data, measurement plans, and technical drawings. You will independently handle internal metrology inquiries and serve as a contact person for internal clients such as development and quality assurance teams. This role requires strong technical skills in 3D coordinate metrology, excellent English proficiency, and a willingness to travel internationally.
