Job Summary

As an Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of the Security Operations Center (SOC) by developing, maintaining, and optimizing content for SOAR platforms like XSOAR. Your daily tasks will involve creating and refining playbooks, automations, dashboards, reports, and integrations with various systems. You will continuously improve incident response processes, troubleshoot XSOAR-related issues, and collaborate closely with SOC teams to identify new automation opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of security processes, incident response, and common security tools such as SIEM, EDR, and Threat Intelligence platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of external security tools and meticulously documenting all workflows to foster knowledge sharing within the team.
