This role is for a Senior IT Support Specialist who will be instrumental in providing comprehensive technical assistance to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems, maintaining various IT technologies such as servers, clients, storage, networks, and firewalls, and administering both Windows and Linux systems. The specialist will also be responsible for monitoring customer systems and meticulous documentation of all activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT support, particularly within Microsoft environments, and have experience with Office 365.
