Job Summary
As a Senior IT Support Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, handling them efficiently via phone and a ticketing system. Your daily responsibilities will involve comprehensive support for various IT technologies, including servers, clients, storage, network infrastructure, and firewalls. You will also be responsible for the administration and monitoring of customer systems, with a focus on Windows clients, Windows servers, and Linux environments. A key part of your role will be troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, along with meticulous documentation of all activities. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
Experience
- At least 3 years of support experience in a Microsoft environment
- Experience with Linux systems
- Experience in supporting MS Office 365 systems
- Professional experience in troubleshooting and fault rectification in hardware and software
