Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician providing 2nd-level support and system administration for a major military hospital in Berlin. The successful candidate will handle incident and problem prioritization, analysis, and resolution for standard applications like Office, Outlook, and Windows, as well as specialized medical products. Key responsibilities include managing user profiles and permissions, evaluating error logs, planning and configuring IT security infrastructures, and participating in IT projects for new system introductions. The position also involves overseeing external service providers, ordering hardware and software, and monitoring servers, networks, and time-tracking systems. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an attractive salary based on the public service collective agreement (TVöD), flexible working hours, and the possibility of home office.
