Job Summary

This role involves strategic consulting for the AOK data center's mid- and long-term planning, including deriving measurable goals and developing concepts and recommendations. The specialist will manage critical IT topics across departments, optimizing collaboration with other organizational units and partner health insurance funds. A key responsibility is the continuous development of cross-service area reporting to track goal achievement and identify trends. The position also entails leading projects and sub-projects, managing resources, ensuring adherence to goals and budgets, and providing technical leadership to project staff. Additionally, the role includes preparing presentations, cost-benefit analyses, evaluating IT and process organizational concepts, and optimizing committee communication and resource management.
