Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the smooth usability of IT applications and providing comprehensive support to employees regarding information and communication technology (ICT) issues. The IT Coordinator will be responsible for handling service and support requests, delivering First and Second Level support both on-site, via telephone, and remotely. Key tasks include the administration of hardware and software systems and training staff on the operation of communication devices. This position is attractive due to its permanent contract, generous compensation package (ranging from €53,600 to €66,200 plus bonuses), flexible working hours (flextime between 6:30 AM and 8:00 PM), and the option for mobile working up to 20% of the time. The role requires a qualified IT Specialist with at least one year of relevant professional experience and strong German language skills.
