Property Manager | Objektmanager (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the efficient operation of all real estate properties within the designated region by maintaining service levels and quality objectives. The Property Manager will provide technical leadership to staff in building management, such as facility managers and caretakers. Key responsibilities include coordinating and executing occupancy planning, planning renovation measures, and managing local or internal relocations. The role requires steering and monitoring external service providers for winter, moving, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, and repair services, while also ensuring building safety and contributing to occupational health and safety. The ideal candidate must possess relevant professional qualifications in Facility/Property Management or a related technical field, coupled with several years of practical experience in leadership and coordination within property operations. Strong knowledge of technical building equipment, relevant regulations (DIN/ISO, VDI, etc.), and proficiency in standard PC software are essential for success.
Required Skills
Education
Certified Specialist in Facility Management / Building Management (IHK, GEFMA, HWK), or alternative related professional qualification (e.g., Real Estate Specialist, Technical Specialist), or completed apprenticeship as a Real Estate Specialist with several years of professional experience, or comparable qualification (e.g., Master Craftsman in Supply Engineering, Electrical, HVAC, or comparable discipline).
Experience
- Several years of practical experience in leadership and coordination functions in building operations or property management
- Professional experience as a Real Estate Specialist (if using this educational pathway)

- Driver's license Class B required. Position is temporary (fixed-term contract).
