Job Summary

As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be crucial in shaping the future of mobility by managing the project planning, design, and integration of sophisticated information and communication systems during vehicle modernization projects. Working collaboratively, you will handle development and system integration tasks for electrical and mechatronic systems, creating essential manufacturing documentation like wiring diagrams and device lists. A key part of your role involves conducting detailed investigations and analyses to derive innovative modernization solutions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing type test specifications and supporting vehicles throughout the testing and approval phases. This position requires close cooperation with customers, suppliers, and experts in a dynamic international environment, offering a significant scope for independent action within a leading global company.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical education at university level (FH/University) in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or comparable competence.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in plant construction or rail vehicle construction in an international environment
  • Must be a structured, goal-oriented, dynamic, and loyal personality
  • Proven ability to work as a team player with high social competence, responsibility, and assertiveness
