Job Summary

As an RF Antenna Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and integrating complex high-frequency antennas and antenna systems for an international high-tech company in the defense industry, specializing in guided missile systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include deriving requirements from overarching specifications, designing innovative antenna solutions using modern simulation tools, and drafting specifications for subcontracted modules. You will also support antenna measurements, system integration, and conduct error analyses and troubleshooting. This position involves technical supervision of subcontractors and institutes, contributing to formal system verification, environmental qualification, and preparing necessary test documentation. You will also assist in creating development documentation, study reports, and proposals.
