Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an IT Working Student to join a dynamic team, providing essential IT services to private and business clients. The position involves hands-on technical work, including the installation, setup, repair, and maintenance of technical infrastructure, primarily in the workshop or via remote support, with occasional on-site visits. A key part of the role is also engaging in sales activities, such as order acceptance, existing customer care, and new customer acquisition, alongside advising clients on hardware and software. This position is ideal for students of Computer Science or Business Informatics who possess strong technical skills in Windows systems and networks, coupled with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
