Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support and service for private and business clients, primarily in a workshop setting or remotely, with occasional on-site visits. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, setup, repair, and maintenance of technical infrastructure, acting as a first-level support contact. Beyond technical duties, the position also includes participation in sales, order intake, customer relationship management, and new client acquisition, as well as advising clients on hardware and software.
