Job Summary

This role is ideal for an IT or Business Informatics student looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT service environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing first-level support, performing installations, repairs, and maintenance on technical infrastructure for both private and business clients, primarily in the workshop or remotely, with some on-site visits. Beyond technical tasks, the position also involves contributing to sales, including order intake, customer relationship management, and new client acquisition, as well as advising clients on hardware and software solutions.
