Job Summary

As an Account Manager for Staff Travel Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital staff travel products, currently utilized by over 430 clients globally. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve strategically expanding and nurturing long-term customer relationships, identifying market trends, and integrating customer requirements into product development. You will actively participate in customer events, organize product presentations, and conduct sales discussions both on-site and remotely. Key activities include processing RFIs and RFPs, acquiring new customers, preparing and presenting offers, and independently leading negotiations and contract closures. This role requires strong sales planning support and diligent maintenance of sales-relevant data in CRM systems. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in IT sales, particularly within the airline or IT market, who possesses excellent negotiation skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
