Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the operational readiness and high performance of flight simulators for a globally recognized flight training organization. The Flight Simulator Technician is primarily responsible for the maintenance, repair, overhaul, and preventive servicing of complex training devices. Key daily tasks include providing First Level Support to customers, preparing equipment for training sessions, repairing electrical assemblies, and implementing hardware and software modifications based on manufacturer specifications. Candidates must possess a strong technical background, preferably in Aircraft Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics. Success in this position requires readiness for 24/7 shift work, strong IT user skills, and the ability to meticulously document all work performed within the MRO system. Required Skills

Education

Technical training in Aircraft Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics. Advanced training as a certified Technician is advantageous.

Experience

  • Practical experience in computer and network technology (desired)
  • Experience in dealing with procedural instructions
  • Professional experience in the maintenance and overhaul of complex technical systems
